ASIC fees are indexed each year in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the previous March quarter.
From 1st July 2024, ASIC have increased their fees for some of their forms. Please see below for the following charges:

| Late lodgement fee and Late payment fee Second late fee (more than one month) | $387 | $401 |
ASIC fees are not subject to GST.
* Please note that this only applies to companies that meet the definition of a special purpose company as defined in paragraph (f) of the definition of special purpose company in Regulation 3 of the Corporations (Review Fees) Regulations 2003, including that the constitution prohibits distribution of the company’s income or property to its members and that the sole purpose of the company is to act as the trustee of a regulated superannuation fund within the meaning of section 19 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
