Update to our Electronic Document Signing Process

As a firm, we are always challenging ourselves to provide the best client experience possible; therefore, we have made a change to the software we use to send electronic documents to you for review and signing.

This new software is called FuseSign to replace our current file management software, DocuSign. The process will remain simple and secure, with no action required from you other than reviewing and signing documents as usual.

Below is a series of steps to show the signing process from a recipient’s perspective.

When you receive an email from us from FuseSign, the email should appear in your inbox from DFK Benjamin King Money via FuseSign <noreply@fusesign.com>

The subject will also state [FuseSign – Action Required], and the email will appear with our logo, with a brief message about the document, and a link to sign the document. (see below example)

Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to the following page. Click the green Start Signing button to begin the process.

On the new page, you should see the documents waiting for your signature. Press Start or click the green Sign Here signature marker to begin the signing process.

A pop-up screen will appear, prompting you to draw or type your digital signature. Press Sign to continue.

Once you complete this signing process, you can then complete the bundle. You will then receive a signed digital copy to your email address.

Feel free to contact us if you have any issues with the signing process.
