This April, our senior accountants Callum Mitropoulos, Adrian Casabene, Pearce Stringer and Graeme Patience attended the DFKANZ Senior Accountants Leadership Conference at Waterfront in Geelong.

The conference focused on our leadership development and helping us identify what skills we need to progress our careers. We were given the opportunity to present to the DFKANZ board in providing our opinions on numerous topics, including insight into how our generation view many aspects of DFKANZ. A lot of the learnings from this conference we will be able to introduce into our own firm. It also gave us an opportunity to socialise with members of other DFK firms across ANZ, which will certainly lead to building stronger professional relationships.
